Xat - New Year
I hadn't posted any tatar music yet and i find it incredibly fascinating, it is a mix between folk and pop. You will not find any of this in next video but i promise i'll post some other time. I also found incredibly difficult to get some pictures, no only of Xat, but from the rest of tatar artists as well. As you can imagine this photo doesn't belong to Xat but to some tatar people celebrating a festival.

Golden Bomber - Dance My Generation
Another 80's revival? Yes, why not? 80's and 90's are my favourite decades, those were the years when i was a kid so i suppose that might be a BIG influence. So when i heard Golden Bomber's new single i really loved it: synthpop music, (horrible) outfits, insane choreography, old-fashioned hairstyle.... a general retro-ambient. It was about a year and two months since this band released their previous single, “Yowasete Mojito“ and it seems there was a big expectation for something new because it has sold 125,000 copies in the first week, and topped Oricon's single chart and leaving AKB48 behind.
So who is Golden Bomber? It's a Japanese visual kei "air" rock band formed in 2004 and signed to the independent label Euclid Agency. Despite not actually performing the music themselves, they have gained popularity through their theatrical "live shows". Currently they have released 12 singles, 9 albums, and 24 DVDs. To their biography we must add this new hit, a really catchy tune and really retro.

Bel Suono & Dj Magic Finger - Любовь бесконечна
Do you miss those 90's italopop and eurodance anthems of Eiffel65 or Culture Club? Maybe this song will satisfy your anxiety. Bel Suono are three professional pianists, educated in the best music universities in Russia. According to their biograhy they have won some prestigious national and international competitions along their music career and have some excellent skills of composition and improvisation as well. In the other hand Dj Magic Fingers is based in Copenhagen, he has worked with big stars of the scene, such as Fatman Scoop and Big Ali and he's had a few hits that made the danish dance floors groove.

GERMANY GERMANY ft. Kotomi - With You
GERMANY GERMANY is a canadian synthpop band. I know what you might be thinking: and what is doing such a band in this blog? Well, this band usually tend to make collaborations in their albums with some of the hottest underground singers, and in their new album it was the time for the japanese singer Kotomi to become a little more known worldwide. The song it's a synthpop one and sometimes it reminds me of those sung by some other japanese electropop bands such as Perfume or Capsule. In the album there's a couple of songs in which Kotomi sings as well, so don't forget to check them out at http://grmnygrmny.bandcamp.com/
Oliver Chang - Maaam
Here's some synthpop from this singaporean singer and based in New York, Oliver Chang. Quite different from what we are used to listen from this country. He's expected to release a debut album as a member of the High Highs band, so it' won't be the last we post of him.
